Intuitive healing is about giving you gentle guidance whilst being held in a Sacred space where you feel safe to go through your healing process.
Intuitive Healing sessions use a combination of approaches channelled intuitively in the moment by the Intuitive Healing Practitioner.
Every session is different depending on your personal preferences & needs at the time of the session.
At the beginning of the session we take time to talk about where you currently find yourself, what you hope to gain from the session, the different possibilities for the session and those approaches that feel most comfortable for you.
The session is carried out intuitively with respect for this information.
You may also receive some Personal Coaching and advice to empower you as you continue with your personal process beyond the session.

We like to encourage you to give yourself the opportunity to delve as deeply as possible into your process of re-connection, so that it can happen at the deepest possible level. Whilst a single session can have fantastic benefits, at least a few sessions over a short period are recommended to really open up the inner space for the big, transformational work to happen.
Sessions are available as 60-minute & 90-minute options. The 90-minute option is particularly recommended for those wanting to work with intensive long-term issues, deep traumas or other specific issues such as depression.
